1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN OREGON or WASHINGTON ONLY, WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Beginning 2/15/10 through 4/30/10, complete this Official Entry Form OR on a 3" x 5" card, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number with area code, date of birth and signature and mail it in an envelope to: W.J. Deutsch & Sons, Ltd. “Columbia Winery Gone Fishin’” Sweepstakes, Dept. PNW, P.O. Box 3007, Rogers, MN 55374-3007. Enter by mail as often as you wish, but each entry must be completed and mailed separately. Entries must be postmarked by 4/30/10 and received by 5/7/10. No mass or mechanically reproduced entries will be allowed. W.J. Deutsch & Sons, Ltd. (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, torn, altered, illegible or postage-due entries or entries with incomplete information. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these full Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
2. PRIZE/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night “Fly-Fishing” vacation package (“Package”) to Woodinville, WA. Package includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence to Woodinville, WA (if Grand Prize winner resides within 250 miles of Woodinville, WA, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare and no cash difference will be awarded); (ii) Ground transfers to and from airport/hotel; (iii) two (2) nights accommodations (selected by Sponsor) for Grand Prize winner and his/her guest; (iv) Fly-Fishing activities for Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (ground transportation to and from Fly-Fishing activities is included); (v) one (1) VIP tour of Columbia Winery (ground transportation to and from the Winery is included) and (vi) one (1) dinner for Winner and his/her guest up to $200.00 at a restaurant to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (ground transportation to and from the restaurant is included). Guest of Grand Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older. Trip must be taken by 12/31/10 or forfeited in its entirety subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $2,765.00 USD. ARV may vary depending upon city of departure. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual retail value will not be awarded. Further, any expenses not expressly stated herein, including, but not limited to, meals, additional transportation and activities, parking costs, taxes and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Blackout dates apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any weather conditions, travel and/or activity cancellations, delays and/or postponements. If any portion of the Package is unavailable, delayed, cancelled or postponed for any reason, that portion of the Grand Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution or cash difference will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary. No cash alternative will be awarded, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. While no part of this prize includes alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverage may otherwise be available. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting the Grand Prize Package including, without limitation to, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, if any. Sponsor is not responsible for Grand Prize winner’s or guest’s inability to participate in prize or any part thereof, due to physical or other restrictions and Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, whatsoever, which may occur. No transfer or assignment of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to prize or any part thereof. Sponsor will report value of the prize as required by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All taxes are sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
3. DRAWING: Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 5/11/10 from all valid entries received. Potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by phone on or about 5/11/10 at the phone number listed on his/her entry. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected. Fulfillment agent must reach the potential Grand Prize winner; messages will not be left. Please allow 4-6 weeks upon Grand Prize winner validation for travel arrangement of Grand Prize.
4. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN OREGON or WASHINGTON, WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Sponsor and its agencies, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, alcoholic beverage suppliers or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prize winner is required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release and a Travel Release. Guest of Grand Prize winner must sign a Travel Release/Publicity Release. Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases and Travel Releases must be returned within seven (7) days of notification or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, Grand Prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, damages, death, monetary loss and claims based upon publicity rights, false light, false endorsement, defamation or invasion of privacy.
6. WINNER’S NAME: For the name of Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 4/30/10 to: W.J. Deutsch & Sons, Ltd. “Columbia Winery Gone Fishin’” Sweepstakes-WN, P.O. Box 7430, Wilton, CT 06897-7430.
