About This Wine:

Columbia Winery’s unique style of Riesling was the result of a happy accident. Years ago one of the small fermentors stopped working and left the wine at 6 percent sugar. When winemaker David Lake tasted the prematurely finished product, he found that the natural acidity in the wine created a crisp, delicate and refreshingly balanced Riesling with a low alcohol content is a crowd-pleasing favorite and one of Columbia Winery's most popular wines.
