Amenities & Policies

BANQUET ROOM RENTAL INFORMATION

RESERVATIONS:
To reserve a banquet room, please call the Banquet Manager at the Columbia Winery at (425) 482-7381. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation date. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. A room reservation is not confirmed until we receive the deposit and signed contract. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event.

The Milestone Room and Cellarmaster Room are available Saturdays between the hours of 10am and 4pm. The Columbia Room (the Milestone Room and Cellarmaster Room combined) is the only room available Saturday evenings from 6pm and Midnight with a minimum guest count of 150.

CEREMONY FEE:
An additional $500.00 will be charged for wedding ceremonies. This fee covers the one-hour rehearsal time (usually scheduled the Thursday prior to the ceremony ) as well as the use of the Bride's Room the day of the event, and early access (up to 1 ½ hours) for pictures.

LIMITATIONS OF CEREMONY TIMES:

* The 10am to 4pm rental requires that ceremonies begin by 12:30pm.
* The 6pm to Midnight rental requires that ceremonies begin by 6:30pm.
* Please discuss Sunday ceremony times with your Columbia Winery representative.
* Please confer with your Columbia Winery representative before selecting a ceremony time because other variables may apply.

CATERING:
All food and beverage services are provided by our preferred caterers, Lisa Dupar Catering (425) 881-3250, A Platinum Event (206) 240-8564, and Seastar Restaurant / John Howie Steak Catering (425) 456-1892. Please call caterer’s for complete menu selections and prices.


BANQUET ROOM HOLD PROCEDURES:
A tentative three business day hold may be placed on a specific date, when feasible. The hold will automatically be removed if confirmation has not been made. The reservation is complete only with a receipt of deposit and a signed room rental agreement.

BANQUET ROOM PAYMENT PROCEDURES :
Following receipt of the non-refundable deposit and signed agreement, additional payments may be made at any time. Payment in full must be received 30 days prior to the event. If full payment has not been received 60 days prior to the event, the event will be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS:
A cancellation must be received 90 days prior to your event or you will be charged the full room rental rate. If you cancel your event ninety days prior, and you have paid in full, you will be refunded all but your deposit.

PARKING:
Columbia Winery has 140 complimentary parking spaces. To ensure adequate parking, please encourage your guests to carpool.

WINE TASTINGS:
Columbia Winery would like to offer guests a complimentary wine tasting at our tasting bar. Please inquire when making your room rental reservation. To ensure availability arrangements must be made through the banquet representative at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Private tastings, hosted by a Columbia Winery educator, are also available. All private tastings are fee based and must be scheduled one week prior to your event.
