Dark red in color. On the nose are aromas of plums, violets, leather and cocoa. Flavors of dark fruits, chocolate, spice, and green tea. Moderate tannins lead to a medium long finish.
100% Red Willow Vineyard
2009 was an early and warm growing season in central Washington. Years like this produce rich red wines with plenty of color and good tannins. The fruit remained on the vine until early October and was picked just before an early frost.
Enjoy with grilled meats, hamburger, beef sausages and shish kabobs.
