Light in color. On the nose are delicate floral notes. Crisp acidity with a hint of lemon drop citrus pairs with perfectly with flavors of melons. This wine is light and easy to drink, with a beautiful, medium-length finish.
The 2011 Viognier has flavors that would complement most light fish dishes, creamy soups and pasta dishes such as Crab Alfredo Fettuccine. It is also delicious with a pork loin with an apple chutney garnish.
